The company aims at creating a pool of 45,000 trained technicians by 2025. The focus will be to expand the current trades to include In - Shop Demonstrators and Home Appliance Technicians. The Company also wants to start RPL for untrained Plumbers and Electricians.

We aim at institutionalising the English Language development in the Zilla Parishad ecosystem by extending its application to different parts of the country. Our Active Constructive learning approach will be expanded to include multiple subjects to enhance the educational experience for both teachers and students.

As part of our Community Development, we work together with a number of Zilla Parishad schools in Maharashtra to improve the quality of education for communities.
